Registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under the Tobacco Control Act.

ATF Permits
Licensed by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (ATF) for the lawful importation and distribution of tobacco products.

2. State Licenses

Valid tobacco sales and distribution licenses held in all applicable U.S. states of operation.

3. Compliance Certifications
